Before a booking is made
We confirm the property, symptoms, coverage and agreed work before requesting a booking deposit. A submitted or prepared enquiry is not an appointment confirmation.
Residential price and deposit
The agreed residential package is £1,350 including any applicable tax. A £100 booking deposit is deducted from the total, leaving £1,250 remaining. Payment instructions are supplied after the booking has been agreed. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment or take payment.
Access and authorisation
The person instructing the work must be able to authorise the agreed investigation and repair. Access to neighbouring premises, communal spaces or shared supplies requires the appropriate permissions. Explain restrictions before booking.
Workmanship warranty
The plumbing repair comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty. The written booking information must explain the warranty scope and how to report a concern. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellation, refunds and payment timing
The written booking terms will set out cancellation, refunds, the remaining-payment arrangements and any request to start work during a cancellation period. Review these before paying a deposit. These procedures and the legal business details must be completed before public bookings open.
Exclusions and commercial work
Read the full inclusions and exclusions. Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded. Commercial premises and commercial instructions receive a separate quotation.
